What Our Packing Gallery Shows

Pictures say more than promises. The photos in this gallery show how our team actually packs and moves goods – not stock images, but real homes, offices and vehicles from our recent jobs in Gurgaon and beyond. Look closely and you will see the same habits in every picture: multi-layer wrapping, tight stretch film, protected corners, labelled cartons and goods loaded in an organised way.

Furniture packing

Sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables and cupboards are first covered with foam sheet to protect the polish, then wrapped with corrugated sheet on all edges and corners, and finally sealed with stretch film. This three-layer method keeps out dust and moisture and stops scratches when furniture is carried through lifts, stairwells and narrow doors.

Appliance packing

Refrigerators are defrosted, dried and wrapped standing upright. Washing machines have their drums locked and are covered in corrugated wrap. LED televisions travel upright in padded cartons. Smaller appliances are boxed individually with filling on every side.

Two-wheeler packing

Bikes and scooters are wrapped in foam and bubble wrap with extra protection on mirrors, handlebars, the fuel tank and the seat. They travel upright and strapped in a closed vehicle.

Loading and transport

Several photos show goods inside our closed containers. Heavy furniture and appliances go in first against the walls, cartons are stacked in stable blocks, and fragile items are placed last on top. Ropes, blankets and partitions keep everything from moving during the journey.

Packing Standards You Can See in Our Photos

Our packers follow a fixed checklist for every type of item, and the results are visible in the pictures above. Here is what to look for:

  • No bare surfaces: wooden and polished surfaces are never left exposed. Foam or bubble wrap always forms the first layer.
  • Protected corners: the corners and edges of tables, wardrobes and beds receive an extra fold of corrugated sheet, because corners take the most knocks.
  • Tight film: stretch film is wound tightly so layers cannot slip, and so dust and moisture stay out.
  • Upright appliances: fridges, washing machines and televisions are packed and transported standing.
  • Square cartons: cartons are filled fully and sealed flat so they stack firmly in the truck without crushing.
  • Clear labels: each carton is labelled with the room and contents, and fragile cartons are marked on every side.

These standards apply on every job, whether it is a single-room move or a large villa, and whether the goods are going two kilometres or two thousand.

Moving Season Photos and Weather Protection

Several of our gallery photos are from moves during Gurgaon's hot summer and monsoon months. In summer we schedule packing and loading in the cooler morning hours and keep electronics shaded. During the monsoon we add an extra layer of film on sofas, mattresses and wooden furniture, cover the truck floor with tarpaulin, and keep a stock of waterproof sheets to cover goods when crossing from building to truck. These precautions are part of our standard service, not an extra charge.

Behind the Scenes of a Typical Move

The photos show finished packing, but each picture represents a few hours of careful work. A typical 2BHK move starts at around nine in the morning when the crew arrives with flat cartons, rolls of bubble wrap, foam and corrugated sheet, stretch film and tape. The supervisor walks through the home with the customer and marks which items are fragile and which will be dismantled. The team then splits up: two packers start in the kitchen with crockery and glassware, one dismantles beds and wardrobes, and another packs clothes and books.

By early afternoon, most cartons are sealed and labelled, and furniture is being wrapped in layers. Appliances are packed last because they are often in use until the end. The goods are then staged neatly in the parking area or lobby, as you see in many of our photos, and loaded into the truck in a planned order. A final room-by-room check ensures nothing is left behind.

At the new home, the process reverses. Furniture is placed and reassembled first, then cartons are carried to the rooms marked on their labels. If unpacking is included, the kitchen is set up first so the family can cook that evening, followed by bedrooms and living areas.

Home Shifting Pictures from Gurgaon Societies

Many photos are taken in the parking areas and lobbies of Gurgaon housing societies. We stage packed goods neatly in the allotted area so that other residents are not disturbed, and we load quickly within the society's permitted time. Working this way keeps security teams and neighbours happy, which matters when you are moving into a new community.

Office and Commercial Moving Photos

Office moves involve bulk cartons, files, IT equipment and modular furniture. The gallery includes stacks of numbered office cartons ready for a weekend move. Each carton carries a label that matches a seat on the new floor plan, so staff find their desks ready on the first working day.

Why Real Photos Matter When Choosing Movers

Many moving websites use stock photographs of smiling models in clean uniforms. They tell you nothing about how your goods will be handled. When you choose a moving company, ask to see real pictures of their work, or better still, read recent reviews from customers. We share our photos because we are proud of the care our team takes.

If you would like to see how a specific item will be packed – a glass dining table, a large mirror, an antique cabinet or a home gym – send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will explain exactly how we plan to pack it.
