Our strength is our people. Our packers, loaders, drivers and supervisors are full-time staff who work together move after move. New team members learn on the job alongside experienced packers before they handle fragile items on their own. They are trained in wrapping order, material choice, carton loading, furniture dismantling and safe lifting, and they are expected to be polite and careful in your home.

Each move has a supervisor on site who checks every room before it is sealed, manages the loading order and confirms the inventory with you. Behind the scenes, a coordinator handles scheduling, society permissions, truck allocation and customer updates. For intercity moves, the same coordinator tracks your truck until delivery.

How We Work on Every Moving Day

A good move looks calm from the outside because the planning happens before the truck arrives. The day before your move, your coordinator confirms the crew size, vehicle number and arrival time, and checks whether your society needs any registration. On the day, the supervisor walks through each room with you, notes fragile and high-value items, and agrees what should be packed first and what should stay out until the end – usually the kitchen essentials, the beds and the bathroom items.

Packing then runs room by room. Each carton is labelled with the room name and a short list of contents, and fragile cartons are marked on every side. Furniture is dismantled where needed, with screws and fittings bagged and taped to the piece they belong to. When packing is complete, the supervisor checks each room, and loading begins in a set order: heavy furniture and appliances first, then cartons, then fragile items on top. For intercity moves you sign an inventory with numbered cartons before the truck leaves.

At the destination, the crew unloads into the right rooms, reassembles furniture, unpacks if you have chosen that service, and removes all packing debris. Only when you are satisfied does the supervisor close the job.
