How to Get an Accurate Moving Quote in Gurgaon

An accurate quote saves arguments on moving day. The more we know about your move, the more exact the price will be. When you call or fill in the form, it helps to share the following:

• Pickup and drop addresses with the locality or sector, and the city for intercity moves.
• Home size – 1RK, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK or villa – and a rough list of large furniture and appliances.
• Floor and lift details at both buildings, including whether a service lift is available.

What Happens After You Contact Us

First, our coordinator calls you back to understand the move and fix a survey time. After the survey, you receive a written quote by WhatsApp or email. Once you approve it, we confirm the date with a small booking amount and send you a checklist to prepare for moving day. A day before the move, we confirm the crew arrival time and, if needed, coordinate with your society for lift and entry permission.

On moving day, the supervisor introduces the team, walks through the home with you, and starts packing. You will have the supervisor's mobile number throughout. For intercity moves, you will also receive the truck number and the driver's contact once loading is complete.
